Is the “Just for Me” Project ‘Just for You’
The Downstrands Family Resource Centre are hosting an Information Session in the Community Childcare Centre in Ardara on Wednesday 2nd September at 8pm. If you are worried, stressed or just need a little pampering or time out for yourself then come along to see what we can do for you. Refreshment will be served and its FREE

“Save our Centre Campaign”
“An Bord Snip Nua” have recommended that funding be withdrawn from Family Resource Centres. A petition has been circulated in shops and Post Offices throughout the area. Be sure to sign to save our centre.

Morning Exercise Class
