Are any of your family buried in Cadder Cemetary, just north of Glasgow?

I have members of my own family buried there, who were from Glenties, and would be intereste to here if anyone else have family buried there

    Hi Meehan1961
    Do you live in Glasgow?
Through my visiting of my fathers grave and talking to the cemetery workers I have since found another couple og Glenties families
Its nice to know he’s with people from home

Hi i live in Kirkintilloch and my dad is in Springburn. He visits the Cemetary every day and i do a few times a week. My mum is from Thower and i still have one cousin and his family there. All the others live in Glenties. If you tell me you fathers name and when he died we would be happy to visit and say a prayer? We are lucky we have family there to visit family graves in Frosses and Glenties and we are over visiting often.

    Hi Tricia
I think I believe I’ve spoken to your dad on a few occasions
    Is your mums initials KF?
If your dad is who I think he visits early in the morning
Last year in the winter, when the snow was lying, you could see the footprints going back and forth between the two lairs.
I think both of us thought each other may not make it up to visit due to the weather so we both visited each others graves
My dad is buried in the next row
