Message from St.Connell’s Museum:
“Halloween Haunted House at The Museum”. As there seems to be some miss – information going around in relation to the monies received for this, the total receipts for the four nights were € 1, 310, out of which the Youth Club got € 250 for the excellent work they did, and the balance of € 1, 060 was divided evenly between the Glenties Community Action Group and St. Connell’s Museum, each getting € 530. I hope this clears up any misunderstanding there is. We would like to thank you all for your support.” Signed: Aidan Campbell, Secretary, St. Connell’s Museum and Heritage Centre Society.

Message from Maria Rafferty:
Christmas blessings and gratitude from ‘Shop N Share’. Four years later and our little shop in Glenties is continuing to operate and to keep Semaria street children in Jimma, Ethiopia up and running, also reaching out to even more very disadvantaged people. We also provide shelter and food for 15 old homeless people in the same town and two young men are finishing their education thanks to the generosity of our small area in Donegal. All our volunteers give of their time freely and all our money goes directly to our charity. They would like me to extend their gratitude and blessings to each and everyone who supports our cause in any way. Christmas can be a lonely difficult time for so many people, but we bring love, care, and help that mean so much to the above mentioned people. Please continue to support us, if you can, and you are always welcome in our little shop. Rath Dé oraibh go leir agus Nollag Shona. Maria and the team.
