The club AGM was held last Sunday in the clubhouse and all the main officers of the club give a very detailed reports on the club activites for 2009. The following officers were elected for 2010. President Leo Mc Loone, Chairman Poggy O’Donnell, Vice Chairman Damian Craig, Secretary David Kelch, Asst Secretary James Griffin, Treasurer Paddy Boyle, Asst Treasurer Muriel Hegarty, Registra Seamus O’Malley, PRO Eunan Mc Glinchey, Oifige na Gaeilge James Ellis. The following managers were also elected U21 Leo Mc Loone, Reserve Brian Carr, 3rds Brendan O Donnell, U16 Michael Gallagher and James Griffin.

Club membership is now due and must be paid before 31st March.Adult membership is 30 Euro and underage is 10 Euro. There is also the 100 Euro membership which includes membership and entry into the weekly lotto.Membership forms are availble in Mc Glincheys.

The Ladies AGM takes place this Sunday at 7.30pm in the clubhouse.

Well done to Eoin Wade and Leo Mc Loone who were part of the Donegal team that won the Mc Kenna cup last Saturday. The club wishes Dara Gallagher a speedy recovery from a serious injury he received playing in the U21 Ulster club. The U21s are due to play Cloughaneely this Saturday.

The Dinner Dance will be on this Saturday in the Highlands Hotel.Tickets are availble in Mc Glincheys.

The club will be holding Strictly Come Dancing on Saturday 24th April in the Highlands Hotel. The show will be launched this Saturday night at the Dinner Dance when the dancers will be announced.

There was no winner of last weeks lotto.Two prizes of 50 Euro went to P Gill, Glenties and James Boyle, Glenties. The numbers drawn were 14,16,19,23. The jackpot now stands at 4,800 Euro.

Entries for Last Man Standing must be with Poggy O’Donnell before 12pm on Saturday. Anyone wishing to enter must pick a team from the National Football League which starts this weekend. Entry fee is 10 Euro.
