All Men Equal

The All Men Equal men’s health event is taking place, and if you’re a man, you’re invited!
When: Tuesday, 22nd April
Time: 7pm – 9pm
Where: Downstrands FRC (Dolmen Centre)

This is your night to:

• Catch up with the lads
• Get stuck into games & walking football
• Grab a quick health check
• Take part in a fun quiz
• Listen to guest speakers
• Get a haircut
• Relax in the sauna (don’t forget your shorts!)
• Try out reflexology
• Enjoy a cuppa and a good chat

There’ll be plenty of information stands too ask questions, get advice, and take home helpful information.
Whether you’re 18 or 98, come along for an evening of laughs, support, and real connection. No pressure, just good vibes and good company.
