Join us on May, 31st, 2025, as Fintown Railway proudly celebrates 30 wonderful years in operation! This special milestone marks three decades of memories, magic, and breathtaking journeys along one of Ireland’s most picturesque heritage railways.

Our trains will be running at 1pm, 2pm, 4pm, and 5 pm. The Opening Ceremony and Presentation will take place at 3:30pm. Everyone Welcome! 

Enjoy complimentary train rides on the day! Please note that capacity is limited, seats will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

To mark the occasion, we’re hosting a fantastic Family Fun Day – a celebration packed with family fun, local culture, and railway nostalgia. Whether you’re a lifelong supporter or a first-time visitor, this is the perfect time to experience the charm of Donegal’s only operational narrow-gauge railway.
