Bingo
The winners at the Bingo in the Community Centre, Glenties on Tuesday 20th September were – Nancy Gill won the jackpot of € 400. Bernadette Mc Devitt, Nancy Gill, Nellie Maguire, Rosaleen Melly, Charlie Mc Carron, Rosaleen Melly, Anne White, Nancy Dorrian and Seamus Deane won € 100 each. Sarah Gallagher, Sadie Sweeney, Ann Quinn, Carmel Fitzgerald, Annie Deane, Kilcar, rosemary Whelan, Ann O’ Donnell, Cathy Connell, Carol Sinclair Teresa Molloy, Hazel Staunton and Fiona Boyle won € 50 each. Anne Quinn won € 40. Mary Furey and Hazel Staunton won € 25 each.
Collection
The Annual Labour Party collection will be taken up at Church Gates in Glenties, Edeninfagh and Kilclooney on the weekend of Saturday and Sunday 1st and 2nd of October.
Tiny Tunes
Tiny Tunes provides fun music and movement classes for babies and pre-school children aged 3 months to 5 years with their parents / minders. Collection
The Dyslexia Association collection taken up recently amounted to € 900. Thank you to everyone who donated.
Zumba Fitness Classes
Zumba Fitness Classes are taking place in the Community Centre every Tuesday at 11 a.m. and every Thursday at 7 p.m.
Ballet and Tap Dance Classes
Ballet and Dance Classes will resume on Monday 3rd October in the Community Centre, Glenties. For more details contact Grainne at 087- 6401054.
“Cash for Clobber”
Scoil Mhuire is having a “Cash for Clobber” collection in the school on Wednesday19th October. They are collecting – unwanted clothing for adults and children; paired shoes, hats and scarves, handbags and belts, curtains and linens. For each bag the school collects they will receive € 4. Bags can be left at the school from Monday 17th October. Thank you for your continued support.
