Glenties Playground Group:
Glenties Playground Group would like to Thank Everyone who supported their recent Church Gate Collection. The amount collected was € 563 .06. This money will go towards the cost of Insuring the Playground for the forthcoming year.
Sheep Dog Trials:
Sheep Dog trials takes place at Church Road, Glenties beside GAA field on Saturday 16th August at 4 p.m. and Sunday 17thAugust at 9 a.m.
CE Scheme:
New CE scheme starts on 22nd September 2014, anyone willing to start contact 074 9557880 for more details. FAS criteria apply.
Glenties Community Centre:
Bingo every Tuesday night in The Community Centre at 9 p.m.
Snooker:
Snooker room at The Market Hall is open every day from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Wedding Bells:
Congratulations to Louise Boyle, daughter of Anne Boyle, The Rock, Glenties and Joe Glackin, Dungloe who were married in St. Connell’s Church Glenties on Friday 18th July 2014. The reception was held in The Blue Haven.
Bingo:
