Naomh Conaill Notes 2nd December 2008
Hard luck to the Senior team who were beat by St Eunans 1-9 to 1-7 in the league final in Ballybofey last Sunday. Leading by 2pts near the end of first half they suffered a big blow when St Eunans scored 1-1 in injury time to lead by 2pts at half time. They tried in vain at the end to breach St Eunans defence but they stood firm and held out to won by 2pts.
Good luck to the U21s who meet St Eunans in semi final this Sunday at 2pm in Ballybofey.
