There was no winner of last weeks lotto.Two prizes of 50Euro went to M Brown,Carrick and Sarah Mc Glynn, Fintown.The numbers drawn were 1,7,22,23.The jackpot now stands at 2,300 Euro.
The club hosted a Under 8 blitz last Saturday and the teams that took part were Ardara,Killybegs,Glenswilly and Naomh Conaill.There were over 120 children involved and everyone that was there had a very enjoyable day.All the children got presented with medals for taking part and we would like to thank All Sports Donegal Town who sponsored the medals and Leo Mc Loone,Frank Mc Glynn and Stephen Mc Dermott who presented the medals.
Our U 10 A panel are of to Belfast this weekend where they will compete in the annual St Teresas U 10 tournament. We wish them the best of luck and hope they have a very enjoyable time.
The Minors made their exit from the championship when they were beaten by Killybegs last Monday evening in Dunkineely.The game finished level during normal time and extra time was played and dispite going into a 3 point lead with the light fading Killybegs got back into the game with a goal and they came out on top 2-15 to 0-19.Good luck to the 3rd team who play Convoy in the Junior B semi final this Saturday at 6.30pm in Ballybofey.
The Reserves played Glenswilly last Saturday evening in Glenties and for the second week in row they lost by 1pt 0-14 to 2-9.
The Seniors were in league action on Sunday at home to Glenswilly and the game was a very tough encounter and both teams had chances to won finised level 1-9 to 1-9.Both the Seniors and Reserves are at home to Four Masters this Sunday.
