Good luck to the Senior team against St Eunans this Sunday in the Co Final in Ballybofey at 3.30pm.Its great to see the blue and white colours up all over the parish and buzz that is about the area is fantastic and as usual we hope our supporters will travel to Mac Cumhaill Park and do as they did in 2005 and turn Ballybofey into a sea of blue and white. The Senior team warmed up for the final with a 3-12 to 1-10 victory at home to St Michaels in the league last Sunday. The club have merchandise on sale in Mc Glincheys and the CO-OP. Good luck to Ardara in the Reserve final.
The U13s played their last game away to St Nauls and had a comprehensive victory.
There was no winner of last weeks lotto. Two prizes of 50 Euro went to Brian Gildea, Glenties and Gerry Doherty, Fintown. The numbers drawn were 9,24,25,28. The jackpot now stands at 3,300 Euro.
We held a sucessful Fashion Show last Friday night in The Highlands Hotel and the club would like to thank everyone who helped out in anyway especially Michelle Gildea for all her hard work.
The semi finals of Scor will take place in Glencolmcille on 23rd, 24th, 25th of October anyone interested can contact James Ellis 0876631118. There is a beginners Irish course starting in Fintown on the 12th October. Tickets for the club draw are on sale costing 10 Euro or 3 for 20 Euro. The 1st prize is 3,000 Euro, 2nd prize 1,000 Euro followed by 5 prizes of 100 Euro. Tickets are availble from club members who will be going around the parish door to door selling tickets.
