We began Filligans in 1997 in a very small way; making jam and chutney for a Dublin craft shop. While we’ve expanded the commercial kitchen beside our house twice since then, small is still the philosophy behind our business.
Everything we produce is hand-made, in small batches, according to traditional farmhouse methods. Our recipes are original; either passed on to us by family and friends or developed by ourselves through research, experimentation and taste-testing.
Working closely with delicatessens, foodhalls, wholefood shops, cafés and restaurants we have developed a line of products, from traditional preserves to sophisticated oils, ideally suited for sale in all food outlets specialising in quality.
