Naomh Conaill Notes 23rd June 2009

Good Luck to the U12s who meet St Eunans in the Co Final this Sunday in Mac Cumhaill Park at 7.30pm. They reached the final after a convincing victory over Convoy in Leterkenny last Sunday. We hope to see a large crowd of supporters with plenty of colour travelling to the game and getting behind the team.

Good luck also to Martin Regan and the Co minor team against Down in the Ulster semi final this Saturday in Clones. The club have 3 players representing the club Cathal Ellis,Dermott Molloy and John O Malley.

The U14s are away to Four Masters next Wednesday at 7.30pm.

The seniors and reserves were in action last Saturday away to Dungloe in the league. The seniors were beat 2-7 to 1-7 and the reserves came out on top winning 2-9 to 1-9. Both teams have on games this weekend.

The 3rds were in action against Moville at home in the 1st leg of the Junior B championship and they secured a good victory winning 1-16 to 1-3.

There was no winner of last weeks lotto. Two prizes of 50 Euro went to Johnny Mc Loone, Narin Road and Kathleen Mc Menamin, Fintown. The jackpot now stands at 3,000 Euro.

The senior team held a very sucessful Night at the Races in Kenneys last Friday and we would thank everyone who supported the night and all the sponsors.
