Naomh Conaill Notes 25th November 2008

Good luck to the Senior team who meet St Eunans in the Div 1A league final this Sunday in Ballybofey at 2pm. They reached the final after beating Dungloe in Letterkenny last Sunday 0-12 to 1-05. We hope a large crowd will travel and support the boys.

Well done to the Aodh Ruadh quiz team John Magee, PJ Buggy, Peter Campbell and Slyvester Maguire who won the Ultimate GAA Quiz held in the Higlands Hotel last Sunday and in second place was the NCA team who were Paddy Boyle, Hugh Brendan Mc Dyre, Paddy Doherty(Glenfin) and Kieran Mc Monagle(Letterkenny). We would like to thank all the teams who took part and a lot of them had to travel long distance on a bad night and to the organising committee for all their work and the Hotel who were very helpful. Thanks also to our sponsor MCM. It was a very enjoyable evening and everyone that was there enjoyed themselfs and we hope to make this a annual event.
