Naomh Conaill Notes 6th October 2009
Commiserations to our Seniors who lost out in the Co Final last Sunday against St Eunans. We have a very good young team and hopefully we will be back in Ballybofey soon again on Co Final day. A big thank you to our supporters who once more travelled in large numbers.
Good luck to the minors who play Cloughaneely in the Co semi final this Saturday at 4.30pm in Letterkenny.
Our U12 team competed in the Mary Catherine Tournament, in Glencolmcille last Saturday. Playing without the majority of our Co championship winning side, our youngsters put up a gallant performance, winning two games out of four. Well done to Joanne Gallagher who received the ‘Girl Player of the Tournament’ trophy and thanks to the Naomh Columba club for all their hospitality.
Good luck to the U12 A team who travel to Belfast this Saturday 10th to play in the Annual St. Teresa’s 11-a-side Tournament.
