Well done to the Senior team who secured their Div 1 status for next year after beating Kilcar 3-6 to 1-3 in Ballybofey last Sunday.

Commiserartions to the Minors who were beat 1-16 to 1-12 against Kilcoo in a fantastic game of football in the Ulster Club quarter final in Belfast last Sunday. The teams finished level 1-12 each in normal time but Kilcoo pulled away in extra time to won by 4pts. Both teams deserve great credit for the way they played the game with lovely free flowing football and some excellent scores.

There will be a special Minor Board meeting on Thursday 10th Dec at 8pm in the clubhouse to elect underage managers for 2010. Anyone interested in looking after underage teams next year should attend.

The Dinner Dance takes place on Monday 28th December in The Highlands Hotel. Tickets are now on sale.

The club are holding a Table Quiz this Friday night in Paddys Bar at 9.30pm.

The AGM takes place on Sunday 24th January in the Clubhouse. Nominations and motions forms are availble in McGlincheys and Fintown Church and must be returned to the club secretary on or before the 8th January.

There was no winner of last weeks lotto. Two prizes of 50 Euro went to Eddie Gallagher, Ard Mc Gill and Brid Boyle, Bruckless. The numbers drawn were 17,18,21,25. The jackpot now stands at 4,300 Euro.
