Glenties Notes on December 11th 2003

Sincere sympathy is extended to the relatives and friends of Tony McGinley, Largnalarkin, who died on Monday 1st December 2003 and was buried in Fintown graveyard on Wednesday after Requiem Mass in St. Colmcille’s Church.

Sincere sympathy is extended to the relatives and friends of John Gallagher, Ardun, Glenties who died on Saturday 6th December 2003.

Donegal will play the Rest of Ireland in a Charity Match in aid of “Romanian Orphanage Appeal” in Naomh Chonaill Club Grounds on Saturday 20th December and the game will be followed by a fund-raising dance. This is a once-off charity event and we appeal to all to assist this worthy cause. Support by businesses in the form of sponsorship would be much appreciated.
