Glenties Notes on Feburary 15th 2002

Congratulations to Mary and Bartley Doran on the birth recently of their first child, a baby boy. Mary is a daughter of Peadar and Kathleen Molloy, Lacklea, Greenans, Glenties.

Sincere sympathy is extended to the wife, daughter, sister and other relatives and friends of James Melly, Strasallagh, Glenties, who died suddenly on Friday last.

Sincere sympathy is extended to Mary Claire O’ Donnell, Co-op. Glenties on the death of her brother, Willie O’ Donnell, formerly Clogher, Clooney, which took place in Letterkenny Hospital on Monday morning 11th February 2002.

Sincere sympathy is extended to Bridie Gallagher, Meenahalla, Genties, on the death of her father Frank Brennan, who died in Scotland on Saturday 9th February 2002.

Sincere sympathy is extended to the relatives of Frank Quinn, Daraghan, Fintown, who died recently in Belfast.
