Times for Services in St. Connell’s Church, Glenties during Holy Week are: Holy Thursday – Evening Mass of the Lord’s Supper – 7.30p.m. Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament after Mass until 12.00 midnight. Good Friday – Celebration of the Lord’s Passion – 3.00p.m. Holy Saturday Easter Vigil – 9.00p.m.
Church of the Holy Family, Edeninfagh – Holy Thursday – 6.00p.m. Good Friday – 5.00p.m. Holy Saturday Easter Vigil – 11.00p.m.
On Holy Thursday Mass of Chrism will be in St. Eunan’s Cathedral, Letterkenny at 11.00a.m. All are welcome to attend.
Sandfield Pitch & Putt Course (075 – 41344) is re-opening on Friday 18th April for the Summer Season. The course opens from 10.30a.m. with the last game one hour before dark. All welcome.
Don’t forget the Fundraising Céilí /Barn Dance in the Community Centre, Glenties on Easter Sunday 20th April (next Sunday). Dancing is from 10.00p.m. until 1.00a.m. and music is by the Art Mc Nally Trio. Admission is 5 Euro including supper. All proceeds go to the Woodville Unit, St. Joseph’s Hospital, Stranorlar.
