Glenties Notes on May 27th 2004

Well done to the 30 members of the Junior Youth Club who helped clean up the approach roads to the town last Sunday evening. We filled nearly a full skip of rubbish. This Sunday May 30th there will not be a normal youth club. Instead there will be a short meeting for children and their parents concerning the trip away on the Bank Holiday weekend. This meeting is planned for 7.00p.m. in the Community Centre, but may be a little delayed if the county championship game runs late – to facilitate those who may be at the match.

Congratulations to Máire Mc Loone, Cornagrillagh, Glenties and Shane O’Neill who were married in the Church of the Holy Family, Edeninfagh, Glenties on Saturday last.

Congratulations to Maria Dooley, The Rock, Glenties and Richie Quigley who were married in St. Connell’s Church, Glenties on Saturday last.
