Wednesday 4th Stonepark, Mill Road, Derries, Kilraine, Drimnacrosh, Tullyhoniver, Narin Road, Loughcrillan Road, Letterilly, Maas, Mulnamina, Gortnsillagh, Drimnasillagh, Buncrobog.

  ***ADVANCE WARNING***
The N56 Main Street, Glenties will be closed to all traffic by order of Donegal County Council on Thursday September 12th between 8am and 9pm.  Closures will also take place on Sunday September 15th between 3pm and 8pm.  These closures are associated with the 2019 Glenties Harvest Fair. Access will be permitted to residents and emergency vehicles only.  Diversion Route is along the R261 from Hillhead, Ardara to Maas via Narin and will be signposted.

Its time to get your thinking caps and baking hats on as the HORTICULTURAL SHOW is coming back to the  HARVEST FAIR 14th September.  We hope to see some of your beautiful Home baking, jams, arts & crafts etc. More info contact Sarah 0872921674

Playschool & Afterschool’s/breakfast club reopening  on Monday, 2nd September!  We would like to remind parents of children wishing to avail of our Breakfast & Afterschools, that they will need to re-register their child/children if they have not already done so! We would just like to thank everyone for a great summer, it has exceeded all our expectations!

An item of jewellery was found in the Church.  To reclaim, contact the Parochial House.

St Vincent dePaul Church Gate Collection will be taken up on the weekend of 14th/15th September. Please give what you can.

Glenties Musical Theatre are busy rehearsing the musical Hairspray which they will present in the Comprehensive School Gym on September 19th, 20th, 22nd, at 8.00 and with a Matinee at 1 o’clock on Saturday 21st . With performers in the age range of 11 to 60 plus [no one owning up to being older !] lots of good songs and dancing, it will be a good night out for all the family. Book early to avoid disappointment, order tickets on 0871309755 or purchase them in the Inniskeel Co-op Glenties.

Due to GDPR Laws (Data Protection), Clergy are no longer able to avail of hospital lists in Letterkenny University Hospital which makes visiting parishioners more difficult.  If you have  a loved one in Letterkenny Hospital and you feel they would like a visit, please let Fr Gerard know.

Bonner Cannon School of Irish Dance: Irish Dancing Classes resume on Tuesday 3rd September at 4pm in The Highlands Hotel, Glenties.  Beginners welcome.

NPR CE scheme have vacancies for participants at Glenties Day Centre, St Shanaghan House Ardara, Leitir Seniors Club and The Dolmen Centre Kilclooney. CE criteria applies.
