A very enjoyable evening was had in Leos Bar on Thursday 8th September when 3 time World Champion, John Part took on a number of local dart enthusiasts. A number of people helped to make this a very successful night and in turn raised funds for our local GAA club. Over €800 was raised on the night. Special thanks to David Molloy of Glenside Bacon who supplied food for the large crowd. The Highlands Hotel sponsored accommodation of which was much appreciated. All Sports in Donegal Town kindly sponsored a dart Board. Conal Herron was a very natural MC for the night and also thanks go to Michael Boyle and John Dubh Ward who looked after the scoring side of things. A huge thank you to each of the local dart throwers who all raised sponsorship to get a chance to play against one of the best. The night was rounded off with our own DJ Bean entertaining the crowd and a big thank you goes out to him also.

Congratulations to our Minor management and team on becoming regional minor champions on last Wednesday overcoming Aodh Ruadh in a fantastic ten goal game of football with a score line of 3-19 to 7-10 in Donegal town.

Well done to our u21 on reaching the semi-final of this year’s championship defeating Four Masters 4-9 to 0-09in the Quarter final in convoy.
