Harvest Queen 2010
Congratulations to Shauna Mc Grath (representing Nighthawks) who was selected as this year’s Harvest Queen at a dance in the Highlands Hotel on Sunday Night.

Bingo
Winners at the Bingo in the Community Centre on Tuesday night were – Breege Roarty won the Jackpot of € 400. Mrs. Monaghan, Peggy Molloy, Fintown, Breege Roarty, P. Connaghan, Maura Boyle, Eileen Sweeney, Bernadette Mc Devitt, Joseph Martin, Ardara, Aggie O’ Sullivan, Leitir and Mary Breslin won € 100 each. Bernie Maguire, Binbane, Teresa Molloy, Fintown, Annie Deane, Kilcar, Bridie Boyle, Jean Boyle, Ardara, Christine Mc Cool, Catriona Gallagher, Norah Gallagher, Ann White and Margaret Murray won € 50 each. Fiona Gallagher and Maura Boyle won € 25 each.

Weight Watchers
Weight Watchers classes have recommenced on Thursdays in the Community Centre, Glenties from 6 p.m. – 7 p.m.

Night Classes
Enrollment for Night Classes in the Comprehensive School will take place on Monday 20th September from 7 p.m. – 8 p.m.

Weekly French Classes
Weekly French Classes will begin soon for 5 – 6 year olds, 7 – 8 year olds and 9 – 12 year olds. For more information contact Melinda Jackson on 086 3008276 or 9551453.

The Voluntary Missionary Movement would like to thank everyone who contributed to the Collection taken up at Mass on 14th and 15th August, following a talk by Jim the VMM Volunteer. The amount donated was € 1,481.00.

Pilates Classes
Pilates Classes are recommencing in the Health Centre, Fintown on Monday 20th September from 7.30p.m. – 8.30 p.m. Beginners are welcome. Please contact Martina on 086 3846302 to reserve a place.
