Congratulations and Best Wishes to Ellen Boyle, Mullantyboyle and formerly Straoughter, Glenties who celebrated her 100th Birthday recently in Killybegs Hospital.
Rehearsals for the Musical in Scoil Mhuire Gym will commence in the Gym, on Friday 4th April from 4 p.m. sharp to 6 p.m. Please note – All children must be collected by a parent or guardian at 6 p.m. and signed out. Any parent wishing to help in any way please give your name to one of the supervisors at rehearsals.
The Scór Sinsear Ulster Final will be held on Saturday 29th March in Silverbridge, Co. Armagh at 7.30 p.m. Peadar Ó Baoill from Fintown is representing Donegal in the Solo Singing Competition. Your support would be greatly appreciated. Next Sunday 30th March is Divine Mercy Sunday. It will be celebrated in Knock with concelebrated Mass and Divine Mercy Devotions. A bus will leave Glenties at 8.30 a.m. Anyone interested in travelling to Knock should leave their name in Mc Guinness’ Café or telephone 9551284.
Eddie Stones will conduct a ‘Day of Prayer and Healing’ in the Drummond Hotel, Ballykelly, Co. Derry on Saturday 12th April. A bus will leave from Mc Guinness’ Café. Glenties at 8.30 a.m. To book a seat contact 9551284.
