Glenties Notes 17th September 2014

The Harvest Fair Weekend:
We were blessed with beautiful weather for the Harvest Fair Weekend this year. The sun was shinning and it was lovely and warm. There was a very big crowd on the Harvest Fair Day, Friday 12th and the stalls were on both sides of the street and out the roads. On Saturday there was also a good crowd with different events taking place. The Float and Band Parade, which was really good, was on Sunday, with music and dancing on the street. Well done to the organising committee.
